Supply Chain Online accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
If you experience an order failure or receive an error message while purchasing modules, our system automatically voids all transactions that are unsuccessful. Your credit card will not be charged if your transaction is not completed; this automated consumer protection system is in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To resolve credit card transaction errors:
  • If your transaction did not complete: a credit card order must be accepted by both Verisign (in cooperation with your card issuing bank) AND by Supply Chain Online. If rejected by Verisign, you will see "Transaction Declined" followed by a reason for the decline. Our standards for accepting credit card orders are far more stringent than Verisign's; if rejected by us, you will see a message about a "communication error" and an "Information" button. Click the "Information" button on the order form (or click here) to find out why we did not accept your order.

  • If your credit card was declined, contact the bank that issued your card. If you cannot resolve the problem with your bank you will need to use a different credit card or pay by check.

  • If your billing address does not match the address on file with the issuing bank, check the billing address on your statement. If you entered the address correctly, contact the issuing bank to find out why the charge was unsuccessful. We are unable to process a transaction without a valid cardholder billing address.
