Individuals learn at their own pace, while all employees develop a common understanding
Web-based training allows students to follow the material at their own pace; this helps students of all backgrounds. Jump right to any section of the module at any time.
New material is available instantly to the entire enterprise
With training distributed over physical media (e.g. printed articles or CD-ROM), course enhancements could be costly and time-consuming to disseminate to students. Web-based training allows all currently-enrolled students immediate access to the most current materials.
Worldwide access, 24 hours a day via Internet connection and web browser
Access your modules from wherever you have an Internet connection; at work, at home, or within range of your favorite wireless access point. Beyond a browser with Macromedia Flash (already pre-installed on most major browsers) there's no software to install, and you can learn when it's convenient for you.
Tremendous cost savings over traditional classroom learning, avoiding travel time and expense
Classroom-based learning has always been regarded as an effective means for training; however, due to the costs of running such training programs it is expensive for participants and often requires travel. While this approach may be the right answer for a select group of employees, e-learning brings important concepts directly within the reach of more of your employees at a fraction of the cost.
